Home Owner's Checklist
Prospective buyers will form a lasting impression of your home within the first few minutes. As they do, expect that they will look for and notice everything! If what they notice is fingerprinted walls, untidy closets, dusty ceiling fans, musty odors and cloudy windows, it will communicate "lack-of-attention" that can translate into a lost sale.
It is difficult to see your own home through the eyes of a buyer, so use this checklist as a guide to making that first impression — the impression that sells. Call us if we can help.
